Are these energy bites suitable for vegans?

Yes. These bars are made with non-dairy and plant-based ingredients.

Do these energy bites contain any gluten or wheat products?

We use certified organic gluten-free oats so there is no trace of gluten or wheat in the bars.

What are the main ingredients used in these energy bitess?

The main ingredients are organic bananas, organic date paste, organic gluten-free sprouted rolled oats, organic canola oil, and flax seeds.

Can I consume these energy bites if I have a gluten intolerance or sensitivity?

If you have Celiac Disease or gluten sensitivity, you can enjoy our banana date bread without worrying.

Are dates and bananas count as added sugar?

Whole dates and bananas are not considered as added sugar. These whole foods provide natural sweetness along with fiber, essential vitamins and minerals.

Are these energy bites contain fiber?

Yes, each bar contains about 3 grams of fiber, just enough to provide you with consistent energy without the glucose spike.

Are these energy bites suitable for those with nut allergies?

We use coconut (a tree nut) as one of our ingredients in the Coconut Rum Raisin flavor so be sure to read the ingredient list before purchasing and consuming.

Do these energy bites contain any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives?

We pledge to never use any artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives to protect your health. We are confident by using high quality ingredients, our products can speak for themselves.

Do these energy bites provide sustained energy throughout the day?

We recommend enjoying our products alone 15-30 minutes prior to doing a physical activity or you can enjoy them as a healthy snack.

We highly recommend complementing the energy bites with a source of protein like spreading some creamy peanut butter on top or crumbling the bites on top of some Greek yogurt to increase satiety.

How many calories are in each energy bites?

One serving (2 bites) provides up to 170 calories.

Can these energy bites be used as a pre-workout snack?

Yes they can. We recommend consume at least 15-30 minutes before a workout to ensure thorough digestion and prevent any abdominal cramping.

Are there any added sugars in these energy bites?

No processed sugar or syrups are ever added during the making of our products. The sweetness of the bites come from natural whole food sources.

Are these energy bites suitable for kids?

These bites can be enjoyed by all ages, just not young infants who cannot chew and swallow solids foods and those who are allergic to the ingredients used in the energy bites.

Do these energy energy bites contain any added oils or fats?

We use organic canola oil to add additional moisture to the products.

Are these energy bites non-GMO?

We do our best to source non-GMO organic ingredients.

Do these energy bites contain any protein?

Since they are energy bars, most of our ingredients are low in protein as protein delays digestion and prevent glucose release.
