These are the best. I am working hard to improve my metabolic health, starting first with my diet. That means eliminating refined sugars, gluten, and ultra-processed foods, which basically means every packaged snack! Except for... L's Goodies. These bites are so convenient, such simple ingredients, and so so tasty. Yum!

These bites are my go-to when I am on the go. I am often looking for something nourishing, gluten-free, and minimally-processed. And most importantly, TASTY. It’s really hard to find, because I have a nut allergy, too. These bites check every box!

We love every flavor but Banana bread and sunbutter and jelly are are family favorites. It has become our go-to hiking fuel. Perfect snack for my 5yo and to add a little treat in her lunchbox!
